Aquarium

About a month ago, we headed to the Seattle Aquarium because I had to use my Groupon before it expired.  The kids had a lot of fun.  All Max wanted to see were the sharks for some reason, so he was happy that he got to see some in the big fish tank.  Kim and Mira decided to join us and it was a lot of fun.  It was also very nice to have an extra hand to help.  I hate going to places that are indoors with my two kids.  It is hard to watch them both because it gets so crowded and all they do is run from one thing to the other.  I can do anything that is outside like the zoo by myself, but indoor activities I just don't like.

Rides

Really close to our house we have a little indoor mall.  It is nothing special, but it is a perfect place to go on a rainy day.  All through out the mall they have little rides for 25 cents.  So we always go in one or two stores first and if the kids are good then we ride the rides.  The kids have so much fun and I love that they only cost 25 cents.  I can put both of them on the ride at the same time.  I love it.  It's a perfect little outing on a rainy day.
 

I can never get my kids to look at the camera, but some of these pictures I just love Chloe's face.  She hasn't done this that often so she always had a big smile on her face. 

 

 

 

 

Beach and Park Day

A couple of weekends ago, we had a nice and sunny day for once.  On Friday it was super nice and we played at the park with some friends. It was so good to feel the sunshine. So on Saturday, it was suppose to be just like Friday nice and sunny, so we decided to head to the beach/park to let the kids play and run around.  It wasn't as nice as Friday, but it wasn't raining so I was happy.  The kids had so much fun playing on the playground and playing in the sand. 

My kids love the swing, but what kid doesn't.  I love to see the faces when they go really high.  They always have the biggest smile on their faces.

 

Even though it wasn't hot, the kids still had a lot of fun playing in the sand. 

 

 

I was trying to get a picture of Max throwing a frisbee, but this was the best I could do.  Max loves playing with his daddy and he is really could at throwing it.
 

I think playing soccer is their favorite thing to do.  They could chase and kick the ball all day and the best part is that it totally tires them out. 

Max and Chloe

Ever since I have found out that I am pregnant, I have been very lazy and tired.  I feel like I am always tired and I can't make it through the whole day unless I take a nap.  But then when I take a nap it just makes me more lazy the rest of the day.  Anyways, I am trying to get back to a regular routine.  I havn't been keeping up with blogging which makes me sad because this is our family journal.  The kids have been doing a lot of cute things latley and I am horrible about taking pictures and writing it down.  My one goal before this baby is born is to be better about documanting my kids and the things they do. 
Max and Chloe have been so cute latley.  I mean they have always been cute, but now they are starting to love playing with each other.  They love to chase each other, play cars, play outside and just be with each other.  I love watching them together and watching them have so much fun together.  I couldn't ask for 2 better kids.  I am truley lucky to have them in my life.

We had some good sunny weather for a while so we spent the time outside riding bikes and pushing the stroller outside.  The kids love being outside.  I can't wait for summer.  They are so much happier when they can play outside.

 

Big Brother and now Big Sister

Yes, #3 is on its way.  We are expecting another child in the beginning of October.  I just had my doctors appointment today and I am 13 weeks pregnant and baby is doing great.  My doctor said that she has never seen such an active baby this young before which scares me just a little bit.  But we are very excited and can't wait for this little one to arrive. 

Children's Museum

A couple of weekends ago, we headed to the Children's Museum before our groupon expired for the first time.  Heidi and Skye joined us and the kids had so much fun.  It was nice to have Paul there because we each took a kid, so they could play with whatever they wanted.  Usually if I am by myself, Chloe is always doing what Max is doing, but this time Chloe really got to enjoy everything at her own pace.
 

 

The kids had a lot of fun painting, but what kid doesn't.  I tried to get all three kids in the shot, but it was a little tricky.  I think this was Chloe's first time painting and she had so much fun.  She would  make these perfect lines across her paper.  Max on the other hand would paint all over the paper so it didn't looked like anything. 

Valentine Cookies

This years Valentine's Day was all about the kids.  We went over to a friends house in the morning to make some Valentine's crafts.  Then we came home took a nap and afterwards we made heart cookies.  The kids had so much fun helping me make them.  While the cookies were cooking and cooling down, we had heart shape pancakes which the kids loved.  Then after dinner we decorated the cookies.  I let the kids put anything they wanted on the cookies and let me say they went to town on the sprinkles.  We had sprinkles all over the table, floor and all over themselves.  But the kids had a lot of fun.
